Orders

All artwork is sold subject to availability. Every effort is made to ensure product descriptions, pricing, and images are accurate; however, occasional errors may occur. If an error is discovered after an order is placed, you will be contacted before your order is processed.

Shipping

Orders are carefully packaged to help ensure they arrive safely.

• Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days.

• Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping service selected at checkout.

• International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

• Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are the responsibility of the postal carrier and cannot be guaranteed.

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your print arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number

• Photos of the damaged packaging and artwork

If the damage occurred during shipping, a replacement or suitable resolution will be provided whenever possible.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us so we can work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Because each print is prepared specifically for your order, all sales are final.

Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted due to:

• Change of mind

• Ordering the wrong size

• Personal preference

Exceptions may be made if your order arrives damaged or if the incorrect item was sent.

Colour Disclaimer

Every effort is made to display artwork as accurately as possible. However, colours and tones may appear slightly different depending on your monitor, phone, or tablet screen. Minor variations between what you see online and the printed artwork are normal and are not considered defects.

All artwork, images, photographs, and designs on this website are the intellectual property of Diana Sacred Art by Diana Klimowicz and are protected by copyright laws.

Artwork may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, edited, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

The purchase of a print does not transfer copyright ownership.

Information collected during checkout is used solely to process and deliver your order and to communicate with you regarding your purchase. Your personal information will never be sold or shared with third parties except where necessary to complete your order (such as payment processors or shipping carriers).
