Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days before shipping. During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email if an email address was provided during checkout.
Shipping
Orders are shipped from Ontario, Canada.
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping service selected at checkout. Please note that delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and cannot be guaranteed.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges required by their country.
Packaging
Each print is carefully packaged to help protect it during transit. Prints are shipped in protective sleeves with rigid backing or sturdy mailers, depending on the size of the artwork.
Damaged or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will review the situation and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist in investigating the shipment with the carrier.
Returns & Exchanges
Because each print is prepared specifically for your order, all sales are final.
Returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not accepted unless your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item.

Every effort is made to accurately represent the artwork. However, colours and tones may vary slightly between digital screens and the printed artwork due to differences in monitor, phone, and printer settings.
