Behind the Art

Saint Faustina Kowalska is known for her profound mystical experiences and for being entrusted with the message of Divine Mercy, centered on trust in Jesus and compassion toward others.

My intention with this piece was to capture the quiet intimacy between Saint Faustina and the message she was given: not as something distant or institutional, but as a deeply personal encounter with Christ’s mercy. May this image invite the viewer into that same simplicity of prayer.
